Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Electrical Connect and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps:
Entry Deadline: The deadline for entries is 11:59 PM BST on March 31, 2024.
Entry Limit: Entries are limited to one per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize: The prize for the competition is £100 in cash.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on April 1, 2024.
Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Prize Delivery: The £100 cash prize will be delivered to the winner via bank transfer or an alternative method as agreed upon by both parties.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Agreement to Terms: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Amendments: Electrical Connect reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Liability: Electrical Connect shall not be responsible for any inaccurate contact information provided by entrants, which may result in the inability to contact the winner.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
